As a Metallurgical Engineer with over 10 years of experience in roles such as Production Manager, Operations Leader, and Production Coordinator, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to ensure operational efficiency, manage personnel, and develop strategic plans. My experience at PDVSA Industrial, S.A. as Operations Leader and at Proppants Venezuela as Production Coordinator provided me with the opportunity to manage complex production operations, control heavy machinery , and guarantee the supply of raw materials. Furthermore, the application of methodologies such as WCM (World Class Manufacturing) and a focus on OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) have allowed me to constantly seek continuous improvement and maximum effectiveness.
