Resumen del trabajo: As Director of Human Resources at Tocumen International Airport, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, training, compliance, benefits, and conflict resolution. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, who is passionate about developing strategies that promote employee satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requisitos del candidato: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field - At least 1 year of experience as a HR Director or Manager - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations - Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills - Ability to develop creative strategies for employee engagement - Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
